The prices include VAT and apply to countries we supply. They do not include shipping costs or any refund fees. The prices quoted are subject to typographical errors and are subject to change without notice. All sales are sent with the corresponding purchase invoice.
3. Purchase process
The customer searches the online shop and adds any products he wants to buy to the shopping cart. After selecting the products, shipping address, payment method and shipping option must be selected. After that you have either to open an account by filling out a form with your personal data or using your existing account. Once this process is completed, you will be able to pay and receive a confirmation via email.
To get the full amount of your order, add the desired products to your basket and follow the checkout process until you have selected the payment method and shipping method. There you will see the total price including shipping costs. At this point, you can also decide if you want to proceed with the purchase process.
Important: If you choose as delivery address Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or not EU states, the value added tax will be deducted. When these customers receive their orders they will have to pay the VAT and import costs of the specific arrival region. We can only show the export costs in the order.
4. Shipping and delivery times
All orders will be prepared as soon as possible and shipped by selected shipping method. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product, destination and shipping method. The shipping costs are automatically calculated during the order depending on delivery address and payment method.
For articles where the availability is "on request", estimated values are given. The exact delivery time depends on the availability of the product. If lack of availability of the manufacturer or supplier causes a delay of your order, you will be informed by mail. It is then up to you to decide if the order should be executed.
5. Payment methods
5.1. Bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer as payment, you will receive an account number to which you can make the transfer. Once the payment is received, the order will be processed.
5.2. Credit Card
You can pay using the secure payment gateways with your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard. It requires a security code to make online payments. If necessary, ask your bank.

6. Status of your order
You can check the status of your order at any time from your customer account. Click on "My Orders" and one of the following states will be displayed:
- Requested: Your order has been received correctly and will be processed shortly
- Paid: Your payment has been received by us
- In progress: Your order is in progress; it is no longer possible to cancel it
- Canceled: Your order has been canceled
Important: returns of products ordered on requested are not accepted, except for defective items.
7. Delays in shipments
Although most deliveries are made within the specified time period, delivery delays may occur. If you have received an e-mail confirming the delivery of your shipment but have not yet received it, it may be because the courier did not find your address or you were away at one time; in that case you will be notified. In this case, contact the courier immediately.
8. Transport insurance
