If your received product is defective it will be replaced by a new product. For this, it is necessary to return all the original material within seven days. The product has to be sent back unchanged and not manipulated with all its original packaging. Previously, you must contact us so that we have proof of delivery of the defective product, authorize its return and assign a return number. The product has to be packaged in way that the product does not suffer any kind of damage during transportation. Do not use adhesive tapes or write directly on the original packaging of the product. It is essential that you indicate the return RMA number on the outside of the package and attach a copy of the purchase invoice in it.
Once the product and defect have been checked, a new product will be sent. If due to lack of stock, it could not be replaced, we would transfer back your payment. Otherwise (if the product does not show any anomaly) the customer will receive, again, the same product.
Important: The transport costs of returns, which are not due to any fault of ours, are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you do not throw away any packaging until you check the perfect functioning of your article.
